Here’s how to borrow your bag:

Pick a Bag You Love — Browse our curated selection of authentic luxury handbags and choose your favorite piece.
Choose Your Rental Duration — Select how long you’d like to keep it — weekend, week, or month — the choice is yours.
Fill Out the Agreement Form — This is a critical step to ensure every rental is safe and seamless.
Checkout & Enjoy — Your item ships within 2 business days. Unbox, style, and live your best bag life.

When your rental period ends, log into your account to print your return label and send your beauty back — simple, stylish, and stress-free.

We know you’ll treat your borrowed luxury like it’s your own, but just in case, please review and agree to the following terms before checkout. SEE FORM!

Use of Item

“I agree to use the handbag responsibly and not alter, clean, or loan it.”

Care & Condition

“I agree to return the handbag in the same condition as received.”
Normal signs of wear include:

Light surface scratches on leather or hardware
Slight creasing from handling
Light, removable dirt or dust inside the lining (not permanent stains)

Loss / Theft / Damage

“I agree to pay the full replacement value if the handbag is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair.”

Chargeable damage includes:

Deep scratches, gouges, or stains on leather
Ink, makeup, food, or liquid stains inside / outside
Broken, missing, or heavily tarnished hardware
Torn lining or ripped seams
Strong odors (smoke, perfume, mold)
Structural damage (loss of stitching, cracked handles, misshapen bag)

Damages such as these will result in charging your card in full for the item. The replacement value will be clearly listed for each handbag.

Late Returns

“I agree to pay late fees of $50 per day.”

Insurance Terms

Optional $100 insurance coverage protects you against repairable damage.

Digital Signature: Please sign and upload your signature file, or complete your e-signature through our connected signing tool before submitting your form.

Returning your rental is just as easy as receiving it.

When you’re ready to return:

Log in to your account and go to “My Account.”
Click “Borrowing Now” then select “Return an Item.”
Follow the instructions to print your return label.

Important details:

Items must be shipped back by the end of your rental period.
Reuse the same box (if it’s damaged, email resellcouture01@gmail.com with the new box dimensions and weight — a label will be sent within 24 hours).
Please ensure the handbag is packaged securely and shipped with tracking.

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll email a confirmation and close your rental — then it’s just a matter of time until you’re ready to borrow again.
